Job Summary:

We're looking for a kindred spirit to join the team at Kindred Resort, a new elevated luxury property located at the base of Keystone Resort in Colorado. Kindred Resort is a visionary development with a mission to be the most welcoming luxury hospitality experience through extreme kindness and active excellence. Embedded in the resort experience is a passion for the outdoors and creating connection between guests, employees, and community. Our goal is to spark elevated experiences that welcome all kindred spirits.

The Front Desk Concierge is responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences from pre-arrival through departure. This role serves as an ambassador of Kindred Resort, providing personalized service, local expertise, and seamless coordination of guest requests. The Front Desk Concierge will assist with reservations, activities, transportation, dining recommendations, special requests, and guest communications while supporting front office operations. This individual plays a vital role in delivering the elevated service standards that define he Kindred Resort experience.

Job Requirements:

• Previous concierge, front desk, guest services, or hospitality experience required.
• Luxury hotel or resort experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of local attractions, dining, outdoor recreation, and mountain resort operations preferred.
• Comfortable using hotel property management systems, reservation platforms, POS systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to remain calm, composed, and guest-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest service.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak mountain seasons.
• Commitment to Kindred Resort's guest-first and relationship-driven culture.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the resort for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds when assisting with guest deliveries, amenities, or luggage support.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions when assisting guests throughout the property.
• Ability to safely handle guest packages, parcels, and equipment as needed.

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
