Our experienced staffing team provides temp-to-hire, contract, project, and direct hire solutions to organizations across the public, private, higher education, and nonprofit sectors. We pride ourselves on being a valued and trusted partner, helping our clients focus on and achieve their mission.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for finding new accounts and developing existing ones using a collaborative sales approach. This is hybrid position in Manassas, Virginia with the first 90-days fully onsite during training. This is a full-time position offering $60,000-$80,000 per year with uncapped commission potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through outbound business development efforts
  • Build a strategic list of target accounts to develop
  • Secure and lead meetings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Manage accounts and maintain exceptional service delivery
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly gross profit targets and sales activity metrics
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or 2 + years relevant experience
  • Proven success in prospecting, cold calling, and generating new business opportunities
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to exceed sales goals
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Previous staffing industry work experience
