Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone

• Manage scheduling, phone calls, emails, and text communication

• Use Eaglesoft dental software for scheduling, records, and daily workflow

• Verify insurance benefits, submit claims, and explain coverage to patients

• Coordinate with dental labs, insurance companies, outside providers, and vendors

• Serve as a patient advocate by clearly explaining treatment plans and benefits

• Maintain accurate records and support smooth daily office operations

• Assist in the back office when needed, including basic dental assisting and taking x-rays

• Maintain punctuality and reliability with the daily schedule

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

 2–3+ years of experience in a dental office front desk role

• Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software

• Strong working knowledge of dental insurance, coding, and claims submission

• Experience with dental assisting and x-rays is a plus

• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus

Compensation

 $25–$30 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications

• On-site position in Fullerton, CA

• Immediate start preferred

• Interviews will be conducted throughout January

• Reference checks will be part of the hiring process
