Position: Liquor Clerk

Casual: Less than 24 hours per week

Availability:ย Weekdays and weekends- mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all customers are greeted in a friendly manner

  • Offer product expertise and guidance

  • Process sales transactions accurately
  • Receive, unpack, and display merchandise

  • Perform opening and closing duties with thorough attention to detail

  • Ensure compliance with Central Alberta Co-op and AGLC's policies

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to work in the Liquor Store environment

  • Must have valid ProServe certification

  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills

  • Previous retail experience is an asset

  • Team player with the ability to work independently

  • Ability to consecutively lift 50 lbs. required for unloading pallets
