You'll play a critical role in ensuring our service department operates efficiently while helping maximize manufacturer reimbursements and supporting an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

✅ Process and submit warranty claims accurately and efficiently across multiple import brands.

✅ Monitor claim status, resolve rejected claims, and ensure timely manufacturer reimbursement.

✅ Reconcile warranty schedules and maintain accurate financial records.

✅ Stay current on warranty policies, recalls, service campaigns, and technical service bulletins.

✅ Partner closely with service advisors, technicians, parts personnel, and management to ensure proper documentation.

✅ Track and follow up on outstanding claims to maximize department performance.

✅ Support our service team and help deliver an outstanding ownership experience for every customer.

✅ Assist with administrative and customer service responsibilities as needed.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous automotive warranty experience preferred
