Job description

Duties

  • Handle the initial Insurance documentation.
  • Book sales appointments and coordinate schedules with the sales team.
  • Follow up regularly with insurance adjusters to track claim statuses and expedite approvals.
  • Communicate with clients to keep them updated on their claim process and answer inquiries.
  • Handle incoming customer calls, providing information on services and addressing questions in a conversational, helpful manner.
  • Make Estimates For the claim.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital claim files, scope of work documents, and estimates.

Skills

  • Experience working in the construction industry, with insurance claims knowledge as a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for drafting documents and tracking data.
  • Efficient in working with CRM systems or database software.
  • Basic consultative or conversational selling skills to assist clients and answer service questions over the phone.
  • Strong clerical and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
