Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a dual skill set: the finesse to manage high-end construction projects to the highest standards, and the technical knowledge to navigate the insurance restoration process from claim to close. This is a field leadership role — you will be the face of Colonial Construction on every job site, managing crews, subcontractors, timelines, and client relationships from start to finish.
If you're a hands-on leader who takes pride in your work, can communicate confidently with insurance adjusters and high-net-worth clients alike, and knows how to drive a project to completion without cutting corners — we want to hear from you.
