Job description

Business Development Representative

Atlanta, GA | Office-Based Role
Want your outbound dialing to mean something?

When businesses are destroyed, apartment complexes burn or commercial properties suffer major damage, property owners suddenly find themselves facing one of the most stressful situations of their lives. At Ironclaim, we help them navigate the insurance claim process and recover what they are entitled to under their policy.

Ironclaim is a national public adjusting firm, and we are looking for a highly motivated, resourceful professional to help us identify opportunities, connect with property owners, and grow our presence across the country.

Finding the right person to talk to is one of the hardest parts of what we do, and right now it is one of our biggest bottlenecks.

We are looking for someone who refuses to accept dead ends, can track down hard-to-find decision makers, and knows how to turn a lead into a conversation.
If you enjoy solving research puzzles, tracking down hard-to-find contacts, and picking up the phone to start conversations, this role was built for you.

What You Will Do

· Identify property loss opportunities through internet research, news, weather events, social media, public records, and industry resources

· Research and locate decision makers using a variety of research tools

· Build, clean, and maintain accurate lead lists and prospect pipelines

· Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients and referral sources

· Clearly communicate how Ironclaim helps and build rapport quickly on the phone

· Qualify opportunities and schedule consultations for our sales team

· Follow up consistently and maintain organized activity within company systems

· Monitor weather events and uncover new business opportunities

· Visit local loss sites in person and travel to sales meetings as needed to support the team

· Represent Ironclaim at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships and generate leads

Who Thrives Here

· Internet savvy and tenacious. A missing phone number is a challenge, not a dead end

· Comfortable making outbound calls every day

· Persistent and resilient. Rejection does not slow you down

· Professional, articulate, and confident on the phone

· Have the ability to educate and sell up to a point

· Coachable and eager to learn

Backgrounds We Like

· SaaS Sales Development (SDR/BDR)

· Restoration and mitigation sales

· High-volume outbound sales

· Lead generation and prospecting roles

· Data research and contact sourcing

Insurance experience is helpful, but not required.
We can teach insurance. We can teach public adjusting. What we cannot teach is tenacity, solid research skills, professionalism, and the willingness to pick up the phone.

Compensation & Growth

• Base $42K–$50K, uncapped commission, OTE $75K–$100K+

• Medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits

• W-2 employee, never 1099. You are part of the team, not a subcontractor

• Direct access to company leadership

• Career advancement opportunities

We are looking for producers.
This is a role where your effort and results directly impact your income. There is no cap on commissions and no ceiling on your earning potential provided you stay within the bounds of our ethical standards.

For individuals who are resourceful, relentless, and willing to put in the work, this position offers the opportunity to build a substantial income while playing a key role in Ironclaim's growth.
Why Ironclaim

No one plans for a fire, hurricane, tornado, water loss, or major property damage event.

When disaster strikes, property owners are often overwhelmed, unsure of what comes next, and facing one of the most financially significant events of their lives.
Meanwhile, they are navigating a complex insurance process against organizations that handle claims every single day.
That's where we come in.
Ironclaim exists to level the playing field.

We represent policyholders, not insurance companies. Our job is to advocate for property owners, guide them through the claim process, and help ensure they receive every dollar they are entitled to under their policy.

We see it every day: business owners, apartment operators, churches, schools, hospitals, and families trying to recover from a loss while also trying to understand an insurance process they've never experienced before. Our team helps them navigate that challenge and fights to make sure they are treated fairly.

Unlike many sales organizations that are confined to a local market, Ironclaim operates throughout the United States, the Caribbean, and South America. The opportunities you identify can range from a local apartment fire to a hurricane affecting an entire region. The leads you uncover and the relationships you help create can have a direct impact on businesses, resorts, hospitals, churches, schools, and families across multiple countries and territories.

The work matters. The opportunities are real.

And every file we touch represents someone trying to rebuild, recover, and move forward after an unexpected loss.

If you're looking for a career where your effort directly impacts both your income and the lives of the people you help, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirements

· Must pass public adjuster licensing exams in various states. Ironclaim will provide study materials and covers the cost of the test

· Offer contingent on a background check conducted consistent with applicable law and licensing requirements

· Must have valid driver’s license

· Must be able to travel internationally, including obtaining any required travel documents

· Willing to travel
