Job description

GOLD ROOFS

Door-to-Door Project Manager — Roofing & Insurance Restoration Sales

Tampa, Florida | Field Sales | Full-Time

WE'RE LOOKING FOR HUNGRY SALES PROFESSIONALS

Gold Roofs is looking for motivated, driven Project Managers to join our growing roofing and insurance restoration sales team in Florida.

If you're a door-knocking machine, competitive, coachable, and want an opportunity where your income isn't capped, this is for you.

We're not looking for people who want to simply "sell roofs." We're building a team of high-producing Project Managers who want to learn the insurance restoration business, close deals, and build a serious career in sales.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Gold Roofs Project Manager, you'll work directly in the field:

  • Go door-to-door in storm-affected areas.
  • Offer homeowners a FREE roof inspection.
  • Identify potential storm damage and generate new opportunities.
  • Build relationships with homeowners and educate them on their options.
  • Secure signed contingency agreements when appropriate.
  • Work with homeowners throughout the insurance restoration process.
  • Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate with the Gold Roofs team.
  • Generate additional opportunities for roofing and other property improvements.
  • Sell retail roofing projects in addition to insurance restoration.

THE GOLD ROOFS PAY PLAN

$1,000 PER SIGNED DEAL

Project Managers receive $1,000 for every signed contingency agreement, paid weekly on Friday.

+$200 TARP BONUS

If a property has an active leak requiring tarp services, you can earn an additional $200 for the tarp service.

3% BACK-END COMMISSION

Project Managers earn 3% of the total insurance claim on the back end once the project is completed.

And here's where Gold Roofs is different:

WE'RE A ROOFING COMPANY + GENERAL CONTRACTOR

Our Project Managers aren't limited to selling just a roof.

Because Gold Roofs can perform additional work around the property, our insurance claims can be significantly larger than a standard roofing-only claim.

That means larger projects can create larger commission opportunities.

RETAIL SALES

Project Managers can also sell retail roofing and property improvement projects.

Our retail compensation operates on a 5%–10% sliding commission scale, giving high performers another way to increase their income.

NO CAP. NO CEILING.

There is NO LIMIT to how many deals you can sign in a week.

Sign 1 deal? Get paid.

Sign 3 deals? Get paid.

Sign 10 deals? Get paid on all 10.

Your production determines your income.

WE GIVE YOU THE TOOLS TO WIN

Gold Roofs provides our Project Managers with the tools and resources necessary to succeed in the field, including:

  • Company vehicle
  • Company phone
  • Company iPad
  • Company ID badge
  • Business cards
  • Company shirts
  • Company hats
  • Field sales tools
  • CRM and technology
  • Training and sales support
  • Management and team support

You shouldn't have to build the entire operation yourself.

We provide the platform. You bring the work ethic.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for people who are:

  • Experienced in door-to-door roofing sales, OR
  • Experienced in door-to-door sales
  • Highly motivated and competitive
  • Comfortable talking to homeowners
  • Coachable and willing to learn
  • Self-driven and disciplined
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in the field
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by uncapped income
  • Willing to consistently knock doors and generate opportunities
  • Located in or willing to work throughout Florida

Roofing experience is strongly preferred, but proven D2D sales experience can also be a great fit.

THIS ISN'T A 9-TO-5

If you're looking for a comfortable job where you get paid the same regardless of production, this probably isn't for you.

If you want to knock doors, close deals, build relationships, and have an opportunity to create serious income based on your production, we want to meet you.

No cap. No ceiling. No excuses.

READY TO JOIN GOLD ROOFS?

We're building one of Florida's most aggressive and opportunity-driven roofing sales teams.

If you're hungry, competitive, and ready to work — apply today.
