We provide a knowledgeable Customer Service staff and quick and fair claims service with 24/7 claims reporting. We partner with experienced professional insurance agents that can provide personal service for you and your family.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process fax transmittals, return payments and recurring payments maintenance according to company guidelines
  • Sort, prepare, and post monthly installments to existing policies.
  • Enter monthly payments and reinstate policies where needed.
  • Scanning various documents
  • Preparing claims deposits

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Equivalent work experience
  • Strong alpha and numeric entry skills.
  • Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and ability to operate calculator, fax machine, copier and scanner.
  • Ability to deal with confidential information and meet strict deadlines
  • Microsoft Word, Outlook and/or Lotus Notes, AS400.
