  • 2+ years upscale, high-volume experience preferred

  • Strong craft cocktail & whiskey knowledge

  • Passion for food and drinks (bonus points for a deep love of bacon)

  • Ability to multitask, think on your feet, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Current Food Handler’s & TABC Certification

  • Open availability highly preferred with an interest to cross-train as a server/bartender
