Founded by Chef Anthony Esterson, a Culinary Institute of America graduate, our bakery is built on a foundation of quality, creativity, and a dedication to excellence. Every recipe we use has been created by Chef Esterson himself, ensuring that every bite reflects our commitment to the finest ingredients and unparalleled taste.
About the RoleAs a Cake Decorator at Eston's Bakery, you’ll play a key role in transforming our delicious cakes into great desserts. Your skills will help us continue to delight our loyal customers.
What You’ll DoYour day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Decorating cakes with precision and consistency.
- Ensuring all decorations meet our high-quality standards.
- Collaborating with our bakery team to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
What We’re Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in cake decorating at a bakery (not just a home decorator).
- A strong eye for detail.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow a list with items to do and in the timeframe listed.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
- A love for creating various desserts that not only taste amazing but look incredible too!

The production facility address is 4164 Monroe Street, Toledo, OH 43606. This location is where you would be working and would not require any stopping for customers. That is handled at the other location only.
