Job description

Evening Caregiver — Middleton, WI | $23/hour, Part-Time
You’re hired directly by the person you care for — not an agency. That means one client, a real relationship, and a schedule that actually fits your life.

The Role: One-on-one caregiving with a Middleton resident, mainly evenings (5:00–8:00 PM), flexible days. Their care is funded through Wisconsin’s IRIS or Family Care program. Support Broker Services, LLC makes the introduction and guides you through hiring — after that, it’s just you and your client.

What you’ll do:
  • Support personal care and hygiene in a way that builds independence.
  • Handle light housekeeping — laundry, dishes, keeping things tidy and safe.
  • Provide real companionship — conversation, shared activities, presence.
  • Help your client pursue the goals and hobbies that matter to them.
  • Drive to appointments, errands, and grocery/pharmacy runs.

What you’ll bring:
  • Patience, encouragement, and a genuine desire to help.
  • Dependability people can count on.
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and your own vehicle (driving is part of the role).
  • Reliable transportation to Middleton.
  • Respect for your client’s privacy and dignity.

The details:
  • $23.00/hour, paid through the client’s long-term care funding.
  • Part-time evenings, mainly 5:00–8:00 PM, flexible days.
  • Vehicle required.
  • Great fit for students, parents balancing other commitments, or anyone looking for meaningful supplemental income.

Why Caregivers Stay: You’ll see the impact of your work every shift, while building skills — patience, communication, problem-solving — that carry into every part of life.
