Evening Caregiver Needed in Middleton – $20/Hour, Flexible Days

What sets this apart: This isn’t agency work where you’re one of many employees. You’re hired directly by the person you’re caring for, so you build a genuine relationship instead of rotating through assignments. Support Broker Services, LLC handles the introduction and guides you through hiring — but day to day, it’s just you and your client. Their care is funded through Wisconsin’s IRIS or Family Care program.

Your responsibilities:
  • Assisting with personal care and hygiene in a way that promotes independence.
  • Light housekeeping — laundry, dishes, keeping the home clean and safe.
  • Real companionship — conversation, shared activities, being present.
  • Helping your client pursue their goals and favorite activities.
  • Driving to appointments, errands, and grocery/pharmacy runs.
