Broker Assistant โ€“ E&S Wholesale Brokerage | Manhattan
Top E&S wholesale brokerage is seeking a Broker Assistant to join our growing team in Manhattan. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in the office, supporting our brokers with day-to-day processing and policy administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process binders, endorsements, policies, certificates, and other policy documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist brokers with quote preparation, submission follow-up, and carrier communications.
  • Handle policy servicing responsibilities throughout the policy term, including renewals and cancellations.
  • Coordinate with retail agents, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and excellent service.
  • Maintain organized files and ensure compliance with underwriting and documentation requirements.
  • Support brokers with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 2-3 years of insurance experience (wholesale brokerage preferred; carrier or retail agency experience also considered).
  • Strong understanding of E&S or commercial lines products and processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
