APP Claims Agent 

Join our team as an APP Claims Agent and serve as a trusted point of contact for customers throughout the Accident Protection Plan claims process. In this role, you will assist customers with claim intake, gather and organize required documentation, and help ensure each transaction is handled accurately, professionally, and efficiently.

This is a great opportunity to build your claims knowledge and customer service experience, with opportunities to advance into APP Claims Agent II and APP Claims Agent III roles as you develop your skills and expertise.

Compensation:  $16 an hour

What You’ll DoCustomer Service and Communication
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers beginning an Accident Protection Plan transaction.
  • Guide customers through the initial claims and customer service process.
  • Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and written correspondence.
  • Communicate with customers, insurance providers, dealership associates, and other internal and external partners.
  • Respond to questions and concerns with professionalism, patience, and exceptional service.
  • Contact customers and dealership staff to request, verify, and confirm required insurance information and documentation.
Claims Processing and Documentation
  • Collect, organize, and maintain required customer insurance documents.
  • Review and organize emails and electronically process attached documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and complete claim records.
  • Process incoming mail related to insurance policy cancellations, updates, or other changes.
  • Support basic claims-processing activities using established procedures and under appropriate guidance.
Compliance and General Responsibilities
  • Help ensure claims are processed according to company standards, procedures, and policies.
  • Protect confidential customer and insurance information.
  • Support the company’s mission, vision, values, and standards of ethics.
  • Maintain dependable daily attendance to ensure responsibilities are completed on time.
