We are a locally owned and operated agency that contracts with schools throughout Arizona, committed to providing therapy services to all children in need regardless of their school or location. We offer geographically desirable positions, flexibility, and autonomy, allowing you to tailor your therapy approach to each child's unique needs and create a rewarding work-life balance. We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, energetic Physical Therapist (PT) with a strong background in pediatric physical therapy to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. Your commitment to delivering excellent quality work, combined with our collaborative and supportive environment, will help us make a lasting impact on the lives of children in our community.

Collaborate with school staff and Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams to develop individualized treatment plans and goals for students

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students’ motor skills and functional abilities

Provide direct physical therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings

Adapt classroom environments, materials, and equipment to promote accessibility and facilitate student participation

Collaborate effectively with teachers, special education staff, parents, and other professionals involved in the students’ care

Document student progress, treatment plans, and other relevant information according to agency and school guidelines

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of appropriate goals and accommodations for students

Stay up to date on current research, evidence based practices, and relevant policies in school-based physical therapy

Prior experience as a School Based Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist or Pediatric Physical Therapist is preferred.

License/Certification:

Arizona Physical Therapy License (Required)

Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required)
