Perkins Coie LLP seeks an attorney to join the Firm’s Insurance Recovery practice to assist with securing defense and indemnity coverage for a variety of third‑party liability claims.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in securing defense and indemnity coverage for third‑party liability claims.
  • Work directly with insurance company adjusters and underlying defense counsel to secure coverage.
  • Enforce policyholders’ rights to coverage under a wide spectrum of commercial insurance policies.
Qualifications
  • At least four years of experience in insurance coverage.
  • Preferably experience at an AmLaw 200 firm or policyholder boutique.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with the California Fair Chance Act.
