With over 80 years serving the automotive, body shop, agricultural, fleet, and industrial markets, Auto Electric Service Ltd. And Mainline Fleet aresouthern Saskatchewanโ€™s largest locally owned and operated automotive parts warehouse. With locations in Regina, Emerald Park, Yorkton, Estevan, and Weyburn, we proudly serve both retail and wholesale customers.

We are currently seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our Mainline Fleet Service team in Regina.

The Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for the accurate, efficient, and timely handling of all incoming and outgoing goods. This includes receiving stock orders, processing branch transfers, preparing customer shipments, coordinating courier pickups, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensuring safety and compliance with transportation regulations.

This role supports the entire warehouse workflow and provides backup assistance to dispatch and delivery operations as required.

Requirements

Receiving Duties

  • Unload deliveries (skids and palletized product) into designated receiving areas using pallet jacks or other approved equipment.
  • Inspect shipments for shortages, overages, or damage and record discrepancies on packing slips.
  • Accurately verify received product.

Order Picking & Packing

  • Pick daily stock transfers and sourced transfer orders and prepare them for shipment.
  • Pick customer orders and stage them for pickup or delivery.
  • Pick overnight and next-day orders and pack them for timely dispatch.
  • Ensure orders are accurate and complete prior to shipment.

Inventory Support

  • Put away all stock orders into correct bin locations and maintain proper labeling and organization.
  • Maintain accurate system inventory through proper receiving and stock movement procedures.
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory verification when required.
  • Keep aisles, shelving, cages, and packaging areas organized and safe.

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
  • Maintain required PPE (personal protective equipment) including safety footwear and other required warehouse PPE.
  • Comply with Dangerous Goods regulations and proper handling procedures.
  • Ensure Dangerous Goods documentation accompanies any hazardous shipments.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Cross-Functional & Backup Duties

  • Provide backup driving for deliveries and pickups as required.
  • Provide backup dispatch support including route preparation and scheduling when required.
  • Assist customer service and picking teams during high-volume periods.
  • Help stage orders and prepare shipments for courier pickup or internal delivery routes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift 30โ€“50 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders and inventory.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with daily shipping deadlines.
  • Basic computer literacy including Vision/Epicor, courier portals, and shipment tracking systems.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license required
