Commercial Lines Account Manager - Remote


The Company:


A top insurance agency is excited to add a Commercial Lines Account Manager to its growing team!! This agency values its clients and is committed to providing the best customer experience. You will have the opportunity to join an experienced team of Account Managers who also have the support of Assistant Account Managers to help contribute to a better work-life balance.


Whatโ€™s in it for you:


  • Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 annual salary, depending on experience
  • Schedule: Fully remote schedule

What we need from you:


  • Experience - You have at least 3+ years of Commercial Lines Account Manager experience
  • Licensed - You have your active Property & Casualty license
  • Knowledge - You are extremely knowledgeable of insurance products, markets, ratings, and underwriting procedures
  • Software โ€“ You are familiar with Applied Epic, and/or agency management software, Microsoft Office, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position


The Key Responsibilities:


  • Check policies with submission, quotation, and proposals
  • Create the proposal booklets under the direction of the Account Executive
  • Make any proposal adjustments and quotations from client meetings with the producer
  • Check endorsements against Account Executive requests
  • Collaborate with Producers to provide binders of insurance and get approval for client sign-off
  • Prepare applications for submission with underwriting information provided by the producer
  • Follow up with Markets for quotations and issue auto ID cards
