About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated analyst to help oversee the financial and operational performance of a growing real estate portfolio, primarily focused on senior living communities.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in real estate, financial analysis, business operations, and investment strategy.

You will work directly with leadership and the Asset Manager to help improve property performance, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic decision-making across multiple assets.

**This position is in-office, located in Hattiesburg, MS**

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Analyze financial performance of properties including revenue, expenses, Net Operating Income (NOI), occupancy trends, and budget variances
  • Track key operational and financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the portfolio
  • Identify under-performing assets and help develop action plans for improvement
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning
  • Support acquisition, underwriting, and due diligence for potential new investments
  • Research market trends, competitors, and pricing opportunities
  • Prepare reports and presentations for ownership and executive leadership
  • Assist with special projects related to growth, strategy, and operational improvements
  • Help identify opportunities to improve processes using technology and automation tools

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred
  • 1โ€“3 years experience in financial analysis, operations, real estate, consulting, or similar role
  • Strong Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and identifying trends
  • Interested in real estate investing, business operations, and strategy
  • Curious mindset with willingness to learn and grow into leadership

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or data visualization
  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and reporting
  • Real estate or healthcare industry experience is a plus
