Overview:
We are a well-established real estate appraisal firm looking for a certified real estate appraiser to join our team on a part-time basis. Our company values quality, accuracy, and efficiency, and we are dedicated to providing our clients with the best possible service. We are seeking an experienced certified real estate appraiser to prepare market value appraisals for residential real estate properties. As a certified appraiser, you will be responsible for analyzing property information and market trends and providing accurate and detailed appraisal reports in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Inspect properties and gather data from property stakeholders
  • Analyze and evaluate market trends and conditions to determine property values
  • Produce accurate and detailed appraisal reports in compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Maintain current knowledge of real estate trends and industry regulations
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Participate in company training programs and stay up to date with industry best practices
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality appraisals and client satisfaction

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or associate degree in a related field
  • Must be a certified real estate appraiser in good standing
  • Minimum of 5 years experience completing residential appraisal assignments
