Appraisal Coordinator - Administrative 

Reports to: Appraisal Manager

About the Appraisal Coordinator - Administrative Role

Under the direct supervision of the Appraisal Manager, the Appraisal Coordinator – Administrative provides critical administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the appraisal department. This dynamic role serves as the central hub for departmental communications, expertly coordinates the appraisal processes, rigorously maintains essential records, and actively contributes to strategic reporting and departmental projects, ensuring seamless operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Email & Communication Management: Oversee departmental email; coordinate with customers, branches, and fee appraisers.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule appraisals; assign orders to staff and fee appraisers; monitor turnaround times.
  • Reporting & Record-Keeping: Maintain Excel reports, daily and month-end reports; track engagement letters and appraisal reports.
  • Invoice & Payment Oversight: Prepare, verify, and reconcile invoices; obtain fee information from appraisers.
  • Data Entry & Research Support: Assist with appraisal/evaluation data entry; conduct online research to support department activities.
  • Training & Development: Complete assigned online and classroom appraisal courses; support departmental learning initiatives.
  • Special Projects: Provide administrative assistance on departmental projects as assigned by the Appraisal Manager.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluent in English; bilingual a plus
  • Access to reliable transportation 

 

Schedule

Full-time position; Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Physical Demands: 

Primarily sedentary; includes use of standard office equipment.
