Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and concerns.
  • Present and explain Allstate insurance products and coverage options clearly and effectively.
  • Develop tailored insurance proposals to meet individual client requirements.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional coverage.
  • Collaborate with the agency team to achieve collective sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate client records and process applications efficiently.

Requirements
  • A Colorado Property & Casualty Insurance License is Required
  • Proven success in a sales role, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Comfort with technology and common sales/CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
