We focus on the insurance and retirement planning needs of Social Security recipients and individuals across all age groups. In just ten years, we have written hundreds of thousands of insurance policies and delivered millions of dollars in benefits to clients.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Life and Health Insurance Agent based in Greenville, SC. The agent will meet with clients to assess their life, health, and retirement insurance needs, with a strong emphasis on Medicare and supplemental coverage options. Daily responsibilities include explaining policy options, preparing and submitting applications, servicing existing policies, and ensuring clients understand their benefits and coverage. The agent will work with multiple carriers to find suitable solutions, maintain accurate records, and follow compliance and regulatory guidelines. The role also involves participating in training, attending local community or educational events, and collaborating with the management team to achieve sales and service goals.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Brokerage and Insurance to effectively compare carriers, recommend appropriate policies, and navigate multiple product lines.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Health Insurance and Medicare to guide clients through benefits, enrollment options, and supplemental coverage decisions.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to build trust with clients, explain complex information clearly, and maintain professional relationships.
  • Active Life and Health Insurance license (or ability to obtain one within a defined timeframe).
  • Experience working with older adults, Social Security recipients, or retirement-focused clients is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to meet sales or service targets while maintaining high ethical and compliance standards.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with ongoing training and development.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
