Job description

Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a leader in global identity and security that is seeking an Enrollment Agent in the Haverhill area. This role requires a superior level of customer service and a passion for working with the public. Please apply today to get your foot in the door with an amazing company!
Responsibilities:

  • Verify customers identity and scan documents into the required database
  • Perform basic maintenance and trouble shoot any issues on equipment
  • Complete required biometric and data capture processes on all customers
  • Track processing time and ensure applicants are processed in order
  • Capture quality electronic fingerprints, photographs, and signatures
  • Additional tasks and duties as assigned


Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Must have a high school diploma
  • Must provide a high level or customer service to internal and external customers
  • 1+ years of experience in customer facing customer service roles
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be able to pass an extensive and comprehensive background screening
