RequirementsActive Maryland Property and Casualty Producer license.
Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales or client relationship management.
Deep understanding of personal lines insurance products and underwriting guidelines.
Clear and articulate communication style, both in person and over the phone.
Proficiency in industry-standard quoting software and CRM platforms.
Ability to mentor and support junior staff members.
