• Collect detailed risk and underwriting data from clients and prospects to determine appropriate risk management solutions
• Develop suitable plans based on client needs
• Generate accurate quote proposals for new and existing clients
• Present proposals and sell policies to new and existing clients
• Prepare and present coverage options and information to clients
• Clearly explain the details and implications of coverages to clients
• Provide client support and knowledgeable guidance during the policy writing and renewal processes
• Expand business and agency reach through networking opportunities
• Exhibit excellent business acumen skills with emphasis in organizational selling
• Track and identify areas of improvement
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Address client issues surrounding claims, eligibility, enrollment, and rates, etc. in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all transactions
• Conduct policy renewal reviews with current clients
• Process change requests and resulting policy endorsements
• Service the agency's current book of business with courtesy and professionalism
Qualifications
Experience Required:
• 6 months Commercial Insurance experience
• 1 year outside sales experience
Other Requirements:
• Active North Carolina Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Ability to work independently

Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
