Role Description The Agent role at Alfa Insurance is a full-time, on-site position based in central, MS. The Agent will meet with current and prospective customers to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options across life, property, automobile, and related products. Daily responsibilities include generating new business through networking and local outreach, preparing quotes, processing applications, and supporting policyholders with questions, updates, and claims-related guidance. The Agent will maintain accurate records in company systems, follow regulatory and company compliance standards, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
