About the Role
Are you eager to break into the world of sales but don't yet have your insurance license? The Burke Agency is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated, customer-focused individual to start as a Customer Relations Representative and grow into a licensed sales team member.
This entry-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and building relationships-while also preparing for a long-term career in sales. We'll provide the training, support, and licensing assistance you need to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Keep records up to date and assist with client account management.
- Support customer retention by delivering excellent service and identifying opportunities for added value.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure clients receive the best possible experience.
- Begin developing sales skills through customer conversations, with growth into a licensed sales role.
What We're Looking For
