Award-winning North Raleigh Allstate Agent seeking licensed NC Property and Casualty Agent to join our team.  

Are you looking for a new opportunity to maximize your skills and help others?  Working directly with an Allstate Exclusive Agent is your answer.  Our Allstate agency strives to provide excellent customer service to customers by assisting with their insurance needs and financial services needs.  Our Licensed Sales Producer and Customer Service Representative opportunities are for true sales-oriented and customer-focused professionals.

As a Licensed Sales Producer and Customer Service Representative in our agency, you will have the opportunity to work with a well-tenured, experienced team of professionals focused on providing insurance and financial products to help customers protect their homes, cars, lives, and retirement incomes while also helping our team members grow in their insurance careers.  As part of our successful team, we will help you develop your business leadership skills and business acumen, as well as your sales and marketing experience.  You will learn from an experienced agent who will strive to help you run your own agency one day.

Duties include:

  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referrals
  • Cross-selling existing customers with other Allstate products
  • Generating quotes
  • Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Conducting policy reviews and updating policies using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers regarding their insurance options
  • Reporting and assisting with claims
  • Building relationships

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written
  • Confident, self-motivated agent who works well independently and with others
  • Must have ability to multi-task
  • Must have good organizational skills
  • Must have a great attitude and strong desire to take good care of customers
  • Must have an NC Property and Casualty License
