Responsibilities
  • Lead our Danville team by setting a clear vision for growth and fostering an environment where everyone feels empowered to succeed.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the agency, ensuring that our client service remains efficient, transparent, and high-quality.
  • Analyze current sales performance and implement fresh strategies to expand our presence in the local market.

Requirements
  • Virginia Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
  • Five or more years of experience managing insurance agency operations or high-performing sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of commercial and personal lines coverage.
  • Proven ability to cultivate community relationships and secure new business.
  • Proficiency in agency management software and digital marketing tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
