We are currently seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Insulation Laborers.

Job Description:
As an Insulation Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation and maintenance of insulation products in large scale multifamily settings. This position requires physical labor and teamwork to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to our standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation of different types of insulation materials (e.g., fiberglass, foam, etc.) in walls, ceilings, and floors.
  • Prepare job sites by ensuring proper materials are on hand.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Operate tools and equipment safely, including drills, saws, and insulation blowers.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers regarding project requirements and progress.

Qualifications:

  • GED or High school diploma preferred.
  • Previous experience in construction, insulation, or a related field is an advantage.
