Our team is committed to safety, efficiency, and delivering reliable results for our customers. We are currently seeking dependable Laborers to join our growing team in Shelby Township, MI.

Position Overview

As a Laborer, you will assist with insulation installation and general construction support tasks. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, being part of a team, and working on active job sites. No prior insulation experience is required; training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials
  • Install fiberglass insulation batts in walls and ceilings according to project specifications
  • Inject foam insulation into CMU (cement block) walls
  • Assist with drilling, mixing materials, and preparing work areas
  • Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
  • Assemble and disassemble scaffolding and ladders as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
  • Complete tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines
