Job description

Insulation Installer – Construction Experience Required
ThermaPro Insulation LLC is hiring Insulation Installers to join our team.

We are looking for experienced insulation installers as well as candidates with a solid construction or skilled-trade background who are interested in learning the insulation trade.
Insulation experience is strongly preferred. If you do not have insulation experience, previous construction or skilled-trade experience is required.

PAY: $16–$25/HOUR
All new hires start at $16.00/hour during an initial 30-day evaluation period.

After 30 days, pay is reviewed and adjusted based on demonstrated experience, skill level, performance, attendance, and ability to perform the job.
The top end of the pay range is for highly experienced insulation installers with demonstrated skills and experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Install batt and blown-in fiberglass insulation
  • Install spray foam insulation systems
  • Perform air sealing
  • Conduct blower door tests
  • Work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and other construction environments
  • Safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and jobsite equipment
  • Complete job paperwork and accurately record materials used
  • Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Insulation experience strongly preferred
  • Construction or skilled-trade experience REQUIRED if you do not have insulation experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and ladders
  • Able to work in attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas
  • Able to work indoors and outdoors in hot and cold conditions
  • Physically able to perform demanding construction work
  • Dependable with reliable attendance
  • Willing to learn and able to follow instructions
  • Able to work well as part of a crew
