Machine Operator / Production Associate

Location: Alkegen Manufacturing Facility Shifts Available: 1st & 2nd Shift (Monday-Thursday)

Job Summary

We are hiring Machine Operators / Production Associates to set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards. On-the-job training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate machines according to work instructions
  • Load and unload materials and monitor production quality
  • Use basic measuring tools
  • Adjust machine controls as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow all safety and company policies
  • Report equipment or quality issues to supervision
  • Perform other duties as assigned
