Essential Duties:

Essential duties are interpreted as being descriptive and not restrictive in nature. Other duties may be assigned.

Performs all work in a safe manner; promotes and fosters a clean, safe work environment.

Able to charge batteries and refuel propane on lift truck.

Supplies production with products, services and materials as needed.

Operates automatic packaging machines, forklifts, conveyors and maintains taping and labeling containers.

Load variety of trucks such as vans, flat bed trailers, less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments and intermodal.

Completes daily inspection on lift equipment, reports any associated maintenance problems and maintains proper fuel levels (battery or gas).

    All Employees have the following compliance obligations:

    1. Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Product Compliance Policy.
    2. Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations and market demands.
    3. Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of Compliance Management System.
    4. Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.

    Qualifications:

    Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent plus one (1) year of experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or similar job/environment, or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge, and ability.

    Must be able to:

    Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team-based environment.

    Flexible Scheduling: Work eight (8) or twelve (12) hour shifts and overtime as needed.

    Interpersonal Skills: Follow directions and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.

    Language Skills:

    Reading and Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions and procedure manuals.

    Writing Skills: Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

    Communication: Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.

    Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures by using basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).

    Reasoning Skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

    Certificate/License: Must have forklift operator license at time of hire/transfer or be able to obtain certification within 90 days of hire/transfer into job.
