Job description

Shift
Thursday - Sunday - Weekend Shift
Location: Hixson Blvd. Lebanon, TNShift: Thursday-Sunday, 5AM-3:30PMPay: $18.00/hour plus $1.50/hour shift differential
The Inspector I, Quality Control is responsible for performing validation and inspection duties to ensure that production products meet customer specifications and quality requirements. This role supports product safety, quality, and legality through adherence to established guidelines and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Conduct First Article inspections.
  • Conduct in-process inspections.
  • Document and report inspection findings.
  • Conduct quality tests on finished products.
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding and adherence to safety rules, regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Follow instructions and pre-defined guidelines to perform job functions.
  • Work under immediate supervision.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Education / Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required.
  • 0--2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with inventory tracking systems (WMS) preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service driven.
  • Strong team player.

  • Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds
