Job description

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead Glazier to run a two‐person crew for residential and commercial glass installations. This role is ideal for a skilled glazier who can take charge on-site, maintain high standards of quality, and guide a helper or second glazier through daily tasks.
You’ll be the point person for your crew, ensuring jobs are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently while representing the company with professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a two‐person crew on daily installations
  • Install shower doors, mirrors, storefronts, railings, insulated units, and custom glass
  • Read and interpret drawings, measurements, and work orders
  • Ensure accuracy, safety, and quality on every job
  • Communicate clearly with office staff, project managers, and customers
  • Troubleshoot issues on-site and keep projects moving smoothly
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and jobsite organization
  • Train, guide, and support the second glazier on your team
  • Drive company vehicle and manage materials for your crew

Requirements

•     Proven experience as a glazier (lead or senior preferred)
•     Ability to lead, train, and support a small crew
•     Strong measurement, installation, and problem‐solving skills
•     Ability to lift, carry, and install glass safely
•     Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
•     Professional, reliable, and team‐oriented attitude
•     Strong communication skills
