We are seeking a skilled and motivated Control Systems Engineer with 5-6 years of experience in industrial automation and process control. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, commissioning, and maintaining PLC, DCS, SCADA, and HMI systems for industrial projects. The role requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable, safe, and efficient automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement control system solutions using PLC, DCS, SCADA, and HMI platforms.
  • Prepare functional design specifications (FDS), control narratives, I/O lists, cause-and-effect matrices, and system architecture documents.
  • Develop PLC logic, HMI graphics, SCADA applications, and alarm management strategies.
  • Configure industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, EtherNet/IP, OPC UA, and Ethernet.
  • Integrate field instruments, analyzers, drives, and third-party systems with automation platforms.
  • Perform factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting.
  • Diagnose and resolve automation, instrumentation, and control system issues.
  • Provide technical support during project execution and post-commissioning.
  • Collaborate with process, instrumentation, electrical, and mechanical engineering teams.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, quality procedures, and safety requirements.
