This role offers the opportunity to shape next‑generation spinal implant and instrument systems by translating surgeon feedback into meaningful design improvements. You will work closely with clinicians, engineers, and manufacturing partners to refine products throughout their lifecycle. Client Details My client is a growing medical device organization focused on developing advanced spinal implant technologies and surgical instrumentation. Known for its collaborative culture, the business works closely with clinical partners and leverages modern manufacturing techniques to bring innovative solutions to market, offering engineers the chance to make a tangible clinical impact.
