What we need:
  • Group Fitness Instructors will have previous teaching experience in any or all of the following genres: Bootcamp based classes, Kickboxing, ZUMBA, TRX, Sculpt, YOGA, Pilates, Cycle, POUND, and HIIT classes. 
What you’ll be doing:
  • Deliver motivational instruction during the member Class-ic Group Fitness experience
  • Help members achieve their goals on their fitness journey
  • Respond with care to any member issues concerning group fitness classes 
  • Assist with accurately tracking class attendance numbers
  • Participate and be engaged with weekly emails, monthly ZOOMs 
  • Attend the quarterly staff meeting for onsite training and new quarter class roll out
  • Be involved with the instructor portal and social media for any updates and brand promotions
Who you are:
  • Outgoing and highly energetic, delivering exceptional and memorable classes
  • Positive, can-do attitude and passion for enriching the lives of others
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Exemplary customer service orientation
Your skills, education, and experience: 
  • Maintain valid CPR/AED Certification.
  • Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification: AFAA, ACE or NASM preferred. 
  • Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels (any or all the following genres: Bootcamp based classes, Kickboxing, ZUMBA, TRX, Sculpt, YOGA, Pilates, Cycle, POUND, and HIIT classes).
  • A basic criminal background check will be required as part of the hiring process. This is to ensure a safe and secure environment for all employees and members.
