Job Title: Instructor/Assessor

Duration: 4+ Months

Location: Everett, WA 98204

Pay Range: $30hr-$32/hr
 

This is a Instructor role where we are looking for someone with Training or instructor experience in army/Navy, corporate environment or in college or university. In this role you would be responsible for training folks in different industries including electrical, aerospace, mechanical or EHS but we are not looking for someone with knowledge or experience in any of these industries. all the training will be provided.
 

Job Description:

The Assessor works as part of the Instructor Resource Management team to train leads/managers.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and administer complex evaluation systems (hands-on and theoretical).

Multi-task with numerous clients simultaneously.

Maintain a clean and tidy work-space in a complex industrial environment.

Communicating updates, issues and/or questions to your manager in a timely manner.

Enter grades and attendance with 100% accuracy.

Qualifications

1-3 years Training, leadership or management experience preferred:

Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and record keeping skills

MS Office experience and comfortable learning new software
