WHAT YOU'LL DO

Deliver Exceptional Classes

  • Lead engaging, music-driven, 50-minute modern Pilates classes that deliver a safe, challenging, and consistent experience.

  • Provide individualized coaching, form corrections, and exercise modifications to clients of all fitness levels.

  • Inspire and motivate clients while maintaining energy, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout every class.

Create an Exceptional Member Experience

  • Build authentic relationships with clients and foster a welcoming, inclusive studio environment.

  • Learn clientss’ names, celebrate milestones, and create meaningful connections that strengthen the studio community.

  • Deliver hospitality that reflects the JETSET brand before, during, and after every class.

Represent the JETSET Brand

  • Embody the values and culture of JETSET Pilates both inside and outside the studio.

  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, studio events, and community initiatives.

  • Support local marketing and community engagement efforts as needed.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment.

  • Complete the JETSET Instructor Training Program and participate in ongoing education and development.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Ability to confidently lead a fast-paced, music-driven group fitness class.

  • Ability to receive feedback, adapt quickly, and continuously improve.

  • Previous group fitness instruction experience is preferred, but not required.

  • Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain prior to teaching independently).

  • Willingness to successfully complete the JETSET Instructor Training Academy Program, including a 5-day on-site training, which may be held locally or at one of our Regional Training and Support Centers.

AVAILABILITY EXPECTATIONS
  • Ability to teach a minimum of X classes per week.

  • Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

  • Willingness and ability to attend  required team meetings, continuing education sessions, and studio events.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the studio for extended periods.

  • Ability to demonstrate Pilates exercises safely and effectively.

  • Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.

  • Ability to coach in a warm, fast-paced, music-driven environment.
