Job description

Controller Bay is seeking an MSTC (Medical Simulation Training Center) Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to support a Department of Defense customer. The EMTs provide essential support to MSTC training programs. They assist with delivering instructional content, setting up simulation labs, and validating trainee skills in emergency medicine and combat casualty care scenarios. The EMT will be a Core Instructor Operator supporting MSTC training execution.

We are not looking for individuals who can simply assist or teach, we are looking for professionals who can perform, demonstrate, and grow into high-level Instructor Operators in a training environment that mirrors the realities of the battlefield.
