Instructor Managers also provide guidance, resolve conflicts, and help implement curriculum improvements. Their role is essential in maintaining educational standards and fostering a positive learning environment.

How does an instructor manager typically support and develop the instructional team?

An Instructor Manager plays a key role in mentoring and guiding instructors by providing ongoing feedback, organizing professional development sessions, and facilitating regular team meetings to discuss best practices.
