Instructor Managers also provide guidance, resolve conflicts, and help implement curriculum improvements. Their role is essential in maintaining educational standards and fostering a positive learning environment.

How does an instructor manager typically support and develop the instructional team?

An Instructor Manager plays a key role in mentoring and guiding instructors by providing ongoing feedback, organizing professional development sessions, and facilitating regular team meetings to discuss best practices. They often conduct classroom observations and offer constructive advice to help instructors improve their teaching methods.
