About the Role

We are looking for skilled Instructional Design Coordinators to join the Technical Learning & Development team on a contract basis. This role focuses on creating high-quality, engaging technical training materials. The ideal candidate will combine strong instructional design expertise with hands-on experience in eLearning software, multimedia development, and rapid content production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with subject matter experts and team members to develop effective training content.

  • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to structure impactful learning experiences.

  • Create multimedia assets including video, audio, simulations, and interactive modules.

  • Ensure delivery of high-quality training content within tight timelines.

  • Maintain consistency using standard templates, tools, and corporate training guidelines.

Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and ElevenLabs.

  • Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
