The Role

Willmeng is seeking a versatile and proactive Learning Manager to support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our learning ecosystem. This role blends instructional design expertise with hands on program delivery and operational support to ensure high quality learning experiences across the organization. 

What you will accomplish

  • Conduct comprehensive Learning Needs Analyses (LNA) to identify performance gaps, root causes, and business outcomes.
  • Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate learning programs that enhance employee skills and drive organizational success.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, SMEs, and facilitators to clarify goals, ensure content accuracy, and align solutions to objectives.
  • Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously, balancing schedules, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Oversee end-to-end learning operations, including program logistics, facilitator coordination, and technology support.
  • Analyze data and feedback to assess learning effectiveness, support continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with business needs.

Experience we would like you to have

  • Ability to work on-site in the Phoenix office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of instructional or learning experience design, with strong LNA expertise.
  • Solid understanding of instructional design models and adult learning principles.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms, content management systems, and virtual tools (e.g., Google Meet, WebEx, Zoom).
  • Experience with learning technologies such as Cornerstone LMS, Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate, or Canva.
