Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for operational flexibility and the ability to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging, ethical, and compassionate mental health counseling sessions through secure video chat platforms, focusing on building rapport and trust with clients.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to understand client needs, identifying strengths and areas for growth, and collaboratively developing personalized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals.
  • Guide clients in enhancing coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and communication techniques, ensuring they feel equipped to manage daily stressors and mental health challenges.

Qualifications
