SHOP ASSISTANT
Department: Collision Center
Reports to: Collision Center Assistant Manager
Job Summary
At Rochester Collision Center we believe in a team to ensure our guests have a great experience. Part of that team is a Shop Assistant that is responsible for lot cleanliness, checking parts, checking for quality, and other tasks as assigned.
Core Responsibilities
  • Attending and participating in training and meetings.
  • Mirror matching parts.
  • Final quality control checks.
  • Ensuring vehicles are clean and presentable.
  • Ensuring the lot is organized, clean, and free from trash, litter, and debris.
  • Arranging and parking vehicles in designated lot areas.
  • Informing supervisor of issues as they arise.
  • Helping around the shop as needed.
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Proficient with driving manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Completion of drug and background screening.
  • Ability to follow basic written instructions.
